A Northern Pilgrimage




On April 25th of this year I took a short, three day trip from Worcester to the Lake District  - part of my personal quest to learn more about the English author Arthur Ransome and his favorite environment, and also to reacquaint myself with a few places that I had not visited in over twenty years.  I’ve been asked to share these days and impressions, so what will follow will be a kind of rough journal with comment, and not a few photographs.

And it all began on the M6 Motorway…
